G4S Provide invaluable visual monitoring for newly appointed contractor for the Nottingham City Homes CCTV and Door Entry Maintenance Contract

Following the recent award of the City Wide CCTV and Door Entry Contract to TIS Ltd, the important role played by the G4S Team at the Woodlands Control Room has already been fully demonstrated.

TIS Contracts Manager’s Mark Wilson and Nick Hollins have been quick to acknowledge the immediate support from G4S, safe in the knowledge that the Control Room Operators are able to provide a valuable ‘watching eye’ over the field based response engineers who attend calls throughout the City 24 hours a day.

TIS are now responsible for the reactive service and pre-planned maintenance of the equipment installed within the high rise, low rise and public space CCTV across the City Centre and Outer Estates of Nottingham.

TIS are pleased to have been successful in securing this prestigious Contract and look forward to developing the service partnership with the City of Nottingham and the G4S Team.

TIS have already invested more than £50,000 since the Contract award in April, through providing a dedicated management team including full on site engineering service response and fully equipped service fleet to meet the exact standards demanded by Nottingham City Homes and Nottingham City Council.
