TIS provide reliable and economical service and maintenance packages to a wide spectrum of clients in the public and private sectors. We have established a network of dedicated area engineers, giving our customers the confidence of service continuity and rapid response.
Through our Head Office, we operate a 24-hour computerised Helpline, which records all calls and creates status reports, which can be accessed at any time. This rapid response system ensures that an engineer can provide immediate attendance to a customer call.
Extensive stocks and fully equipped service vehicles guarantee that replacement parts will be dispatched immediately. If repairs are not possible on site, engineering support is available through our modern, highly equipped repair centre. If equipment has to be removed from site, standby or loan equipment will be installed to maintain coverage.
Fully scheduled Maintenance Programmes are compiled from statistical attendance reports in order that preventive maintenance is planned effectively and arranged to meet with customers’ working schedules.
